OSPF IPv6 Configuration


 
{Router 1 Interfaces configuration}
Ø  Router1(config)#ipv6 unicast-routing          {enable ipv6 routing}
Ø  Router1(config-if)#interface s0/0
Ø  Router1(config-if)#description CONNECTED TO ROUTER2
Ø  Router1(config-if)#ipv6 address 2000:11aa::1/64
Ø  Router1(config-if)#clock rate 64000
Ø  Router1(config-if)#no shut
Ø  Router1(config-if)#exit

Ø  Router1(config-if)#interface fastEthernet 0/0
Ø  Router1(config-if)#description CONNECTED TO SWITCH1
Ø  Router1(config-if)#ipv6 address FD00:1::1/64
Ø  Router1(config-if)#no shut
Ø  Router1(config-if)#exit

{Router 2 Interfaces configuration}
Ø  Router2(config)#ipv6 unicast-routing         {enable ipv6 routing}

{Router 2 OSPF Configuration}
Ø  Router2(config-router)#ipv6 router ospf 10      {10 Process id any}
Ø  Router2(config-router)#router-id 2.2.2.2      {Router id {any}
Ø  Router2(config-router)#exit
