Apache (HTTP) Server Configuration in RHEL6

Ø  is use to Web Hosting the site 

Ø  it is Open Source Web Server 

Ø  Mainly 65% Websites are hosted by Apache Web Server 

Ø  First of All we install Apache (httpd) Server Package

Ø  insert the Red hat installation Disk

Ø  and then go to Packages folder

OR

If Yum is installed on your Server

[root@Server Desktop]# Yum –y install httpd

Ø We Restart and Permanent Save the Service

Ø  Now we Host another Site using Same ip Address

Ø  We host one Site using Multiple Domain-Name

 

Now Test
